I would highly recommend A1 Pro Cleaning Solution for your project. I first went to them with a power washing and window cleaning for a medical building I manage.
After their site review it was suggested that they also remove the moss growing on the northwest roof pitch. Their quote for this work was below budget.
Upon accessing the TPO roof it was discovered that there was an accumulation of debris and leaves near the roof drains and Package A/C units that they offered to clean for a fraction of the cost of what a return trip would be.
The power washing made the exterior walls look like fresh paint, the windows were clean, some required Extension ladder work and the roof drains were flowing free. At completion and billing they included a list of observations of possible future repairs to the roofing and sheet metal caps.
Kellie and her team did an amazing job. I hired them as a gift to my niece who is expecting her 3rd child.
